planning (ERP) solutions based in Dublin. Your Mission Your mission
will be to answer inbound calls and respond to their clients incidents
and service requests so that they can operate effectively and
efficiently Everyday you will. - Call handling for the inbound IT
support hotline- Fully qualifying and processing incoming IT support
tickets in adherence to the agreed service, quality, and client
satisfaction levels- Applying solutions, workarounds, patches and
fixes- Effective dispatch to the correct organisation and resolver
group- Ensuring compliance with all security and data protection
standards, policies and processes To thrive in this role, you need. -
to be confidently fluent in both English and French (C2 or Native)- a
Third Level Qualification – Certificate, Diploma or Degree in an IT
related discipline- excellent customer service ski
